Shipping & Returns
Shipping
Customers will receive a confirmation upon shipment. Items are sent via Ground Shipping, with typical delivery within three to five business days. Shipping and delivery dates are estimates only and cannot be guaranteed. Timeframes may be longer if carriers are experiencing higher volumes (e.g., during the Holiday season). We are not liable for any delays in shipments.
Returns
Please note that we cannot accept returns or provide refunds on any edible items. However, if there is an issue with your order, please contact us and so that we may find a solution. Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item.
For non-edible items, returns are accepted if the customer pays for return shipping costs. Refunds will be issued once the item is received in its original, unused condition. Please ensure that all returns are properly packaged to avoid damage in transit. We have a 30-day return policy, beginning upon receipt

If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Please also need include the email confirmation in the return shipment. Items returned without approval will not be accepted.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on any Final Sale items or gift cards.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 7 business days. Please allow time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return, please contact us.
